The destination

The little town of Saint-Quay-Portrieux offers all one could wish for a memorable stay: 8 tennis courts, a golf course and riding club club nearby, a casino, a mini golf, a cinema, a nightclub as well as a sailing school, scuba diving and fishing clubs and two dynamic yacht clubs. St Quay-Portrieux is a holiday resort with shops, hotels and various restaurants. The village is ideal for a browsing tour with it’s creperies and alleys. On the sporting side as well as the sailing scene, Saint-Quay-Portrieux is faithful to the organization on its fine sandy beaches of national and international beach-volley championships. Culture is well served here with the countryside and monuments, and the town of Saint Quay-Portrieux is a perfect mirror of the bubbling and varied character of breton activities…

Saint-Quay-Portrieux fishing tradition goes back to the 17th century. Between November and April, the fleet rises to 100 ships for the scallop season, the highlight of the year on this famous spot.

If Saint-Quay-Portrieux looks proudly out towards the sea, it also looks into the county of Côtes d’Armor and may act as a stepping stone into the countryside.
